Arrange a Visit
We encourage all prospective families to visit Our Monkey Club in person. During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to tour the facilities, meet our educators, and see our play based, child led learning environment in action. This is also a great time to ask any questions and discuss your child’s specific needs.

We provide settling-in visits prior to your child’s official start date. These sessions are flexible and tailored to your child, helping them gradually build confidence in their new environment.

After your visit, if you decide that Our Monkey Club is the right fit for your child, we will send you a personalized link to the FAMLY system. This online platform allows you to complete the enrolment form, submit necessary documentation, and manage your child's information all in one place. Learn More

Using the FAMLY link, you can easily fill out the enrolment form from the comfort of your home. The system will guide you through the process, ensuring that we have all the essential information about your child’s health, development, and any specific requirements.
5. Submit Documentation
The FAMLY system allows you to securely upload any required documentation directly to your child's profile. This typically includes your child’s birth certificate, proof of address, and any relevant medical or allergy information. You can also complete Funding Loop if required.
7. Meet Your Child’s Key Person
Once your application is approved, we will introduce you and your child to their designated Key Person. This educator will be your main point of contact and will play a crucial role in helping your child settle into the nursery. The Key Person will work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition and will be responsible for your child’s ongoing development and wellbeing at Our Monkey Club.
6. Induction Process
Once the induction process is complete and both you and your child feel confident, we will finalize the enrolment.
